About Daniel

Since joining JK Lawyers in 2022 as a Legal Assistant, I have built a strong foundation in commercial law and civil litigation, working closely with Mr. Haydn Brand and Ms. Joyce Khoo on matters ranging from company incorporations to complex disputes. After completing my Juris Doctor in 2024, I was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2025 and now serve as a Junior Lawyer. My practice spans multiple courts and tribunals, including VCAT, the Fair Work Commission, the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court, and Federal Court of Australia. I act for both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters, with particular experience in debt recovery, estate and property disputes, business partnership and contract disputes, residential tenancies, building and construction disputes, evictions, wills and estates, employment disputes, adverse possession claims, and fencing disputes. In addition, I provide clear and practical advice on sale of business contracts, corporate structuring (excluding tax and financial advice), employment and contractor agreements, and building and construction contracts.
